Playing around on my hands

Here is a recent clip of me training at my place one fine morning.
I have decided to capture a couple of basic exercises used to develop better handstand control, after that I perform a small progression into one arm handstand work and show the three basic positions on one arm: closed legs, half a straddle and full straddle, in the end of the clip I just play around and show some implementation work I have been doing into my capoeira practice. Enjoy...

Amazing skills
Do you find it difficult switching to a capoeira head position i.e. facing the other player.
I'd guess not from your proficency but I find it hard being taught to look at the ground then converting to the capoeira position.

edd, I started in Capoeira, so no, it is the natural way for me. Actualy it took me some getting used to looking AT THE GROUND.
Just goes to show the human organism is an adaptive machine. 'What you do often is who you are'.

Thanks Ido
I'm lucky enough to get tuition from a top handbalancer. As I started Capoeira relatively late I find it best to look outside to get quick improvements in all the areas involved
